This privacy policy applies to the ChoreoSync app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by ChoreoSync Team (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
ChoreoSync is built around on-device processing. Your videos, audio, and all derived data (including any body-pose or skeleton data produced by the Dance Analysis feature) are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to any server or shared with the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect your name, email address, IP address, location, browsing history, or any other personally identifiable information.
The only data that leaves your device is limited to the following three categories, as declared in the App Store privacy nutrition label, all of which are not linked to your identity and are not used for tracking:
ChoreoSync's Dance Analysis feature uses on-device artificial intelligence — Apple CoreML and the Vision framework — to estimate body pose from the videos you select and compare your movements to a reference choreography. This analysis runs entirely on your device. The video frames and the body-pose or skeleton data derived from them are processed locally, are not uploaded to any server, are not shared with the Service Provider or any third party, and are discarded after the analysis session ends.
The Service Provider does not sell or share your personal information. The Application uses two third-party SDKs that receive limited, non-identifiable data as described above:

The Service Provider may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Application does not maintain a server-side store of your personal data. Your videos and any derived data remain on your device under your control. The anonymous identifiers and crash logs held by our third-party SDK providers are governed by their respective retention policies. If you have any questions, please contact the Service Provider at support@choreosync.app and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (support@choreosync.app) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Because ChoreoSync processes your media on-device, your videos and pose data are protected by your device's own security controls. The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding any information that does pass through third-party SDKs and chooses partners (Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat) that apply appropriate technical safeguards.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
